Registration

For the Blue Carbon Summer School 2023 held in Wimereux, from the 26^th to the 30^th of June 2023, the maximal number of participants is set to 30.

1. Send your Curriculum Vitae (.pdf file preferably) and a short motivation letter in english following this template (1000 characters max. including spaces) to BlueCarbon2023univ-lillefr
   The scientific committee will regularly have a meeting and select candidates. (Please mention if friendship between participants, co-workers, co-travels, car-pool...).
    
2. Selected participants will be sent an acceptation E-mail, as well as a link to a dedicated website for payment of the final registration to the Blue Carbon Summer School 2023 in Wimereux. Upon payment of the final registration, each participant will be sent a confirmation E-mail.

For the Blue Carbon Summer School 2023 held in Wimereux, from the 26^th to the 30^th of June 2023, the registration fee is :

1. 350 € for PhD students, Post-Doctoral young researchers *
2. 800 € for permanent researchers (confirmed researchers)

*A special discount will be applied for PhD students from the partners Universities (KU Leuven, Kent Univ., Ghent Univ., Lille Univ.), lowering the price to a registration fee of 250 €.

All registration fees include :

• Accommodation in collective mobil-homes (3 to 6 participants per mobil-home) for the whole duration of the Summer School (arrival on 25^th June 2023 in the afternoon, departure on 1^st of July in the morning)
• 5 Breakfasts at the Marine Station of Wimereux (26 to 30 June 2023)
• 5 Lunches at the Marine Station of Wimereux (26 to 30 June 2023) - Vegetarian meals available upon request
• One Gala dinner
• Visit of Nausicaa Aquarium and ‘Behind the scene’ guided Tour (in English)
• Field trip to the Canche Bay for discovery and sampling
